VSA will not work with vCSA. Check this

Update manager will work with vCSA but does not come bundled with it, you will have to install it on a separate windows host and register it with vCSA
VMware KB: Services bundled with vCenter Server Appliance
Same goes to SRM. So apart from VSA all other functionality will remain same as with windows vCenter.
