No impact will be on Virtual Machines. Only the will impact will be in picture if you given permission to any user on vcenter by AD Authentication. That can Be removed. Else there will be no impact on virtual machines or Host either. Also check if is there no any shared storage are being used. Else everything will run like a charm.
