vMotion VLAN\Distributed vSwitch Networking Issue

I'm experiencing a strange problem and was hoping someone might be able to shed some light. I have a vCenter cluster that contains 5 hosts. Four of the hosts are using standard vSwitches and one of the hosts is using a distributed vSwitch. The four hosts that are using standard vSwitches have a dedicated NIC for the vMotion network. The one host that is using the distrubted vSwitch has two NIC's in a team. I followed the instructions listed here to setup the configuration (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2007467)

Three of the standard vSwitch hosts are able to ping the active IP address for the host using the distributed vSwitch while one of the hosts using a standard vSwitch is unable to ping the host using the distributed vSwitch.

If it were a problem with the distributed vSwitch, or etherchannel configured on the Cisco switch for the NIC teaming, I'd think that none of the other hosts could ping the IP address, but they can. I've also confirmed that the vMotion VLAN is configured on all of the Cisco switches and is being trunked between all hosts.

I'm at a loss as to why one host is unable to communicate with the distributed vSwitch host on the vMotion VLAN. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
