hi Jimmy, I hope you have rejoined the vcenter installed OS server to the same domain or different domain. log in to the SSO ( https://:9443/vsphere-client ) with Admin username password (by default admin@system-domain ) and delete the old domain and re-add the new domain and sync. once it is join restart the server and try again. make sure your os can resolve FDQN of your domain server and the AD account is working fine for your os server level ( if u joined the os to domain or else add the dns suffix to the server.)
