This is a tough one
Let me try it anyway. I dont thnk that you can get the controller/SP information from ESXi shell/command or GUI. What you would need in this scenerio is a plugin from your Storage vendor to bridge this gap. For example, if you have NetApp Storage and you have installed VSC plugin, you will get the aggregate/volume details for the LUN. If you are using vCOPs I think that you still need to install the adapter from the storage vendor.
A simpler option would be to login to the FC switch and check the zone sets, it will have the WWPN of the HBA and the WWPN of the SP. Finally login to the Storage management to check precisely which SP/Controller owns that LUN.
Sorry, I am not aware of any other option.
