Web Client on VCenter appliance can't connect to VCenter - Admin-cmd scripts missing.

Hi

I have deployed a vcenter appliance (5.5.0), and changed the SSL certs. When I log in to the web client on this appliance, it can now not connect to the vcenter. I found the articles to register the vcenter with the web client by using the admin-cmd script on the vcenter appliance, but the script doesn't exist on my appliance.

Any ideas?
