Upgrading to vCenter Single Sign-On 5.5 fails when the SSL certificate is in the PKCS12 format and reports the error: vCenter Single Sign-On Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error (2061404)

I have have tried the following with no good results.

I have tried upgrading using VMware vCenter Server 5.5.0b and same results.

Any one running into this problem and no resolution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
