not compatible question?

When I go to the map tab on my vcenter 5.1 it shows a couple vm,s that are flagged with incompatible cpu. see screenshot. what is this telling me exactly. I have 5 esxi 4.1 servers with 2 = Athlon and 3 = intel cpu,s
