"Cannot connect to Storage service" Using web client and vCenter server appliance under vm's Storage reports.

Hello,

     I am using ESXi 5.5 and the latest VCVA , I can no longer see hardware status for the host and I get the error above when looking at Storage reports

for any VM.  I have rebooted the Host etc but no change.  I can see hardware status under vmware client direct to host.
