VMware customization specification problem

Hi,

I have vCener 5.5 and from web client when I create a vm from a template,First It powers on the vm and you can use it and after a long time starts restarting that vm and the customization process. But I have another vCenter 5.5 and when you create the template from the vm it starts immediately the process of customization before you can use that vm!!!!
