Datastore Cluster move to a new vcenter 5.5 - steps?

Designing a plan to move exisiting 5.1 environment to a new 5.5 vcenter server.

I have a Datastore Cluster that I would like to move into the new vCenter. I have SDRS rules setup.

How do I move the datastore cluster and retain these rules/settings. What are the steps to consider?
