Clean Stale Lun entry from ESX4.1 host

Hi,

We are observing issue in our client production environment, where the Lun has been removed from storage entry. Still ESX 4.1 trying to get the path for that lun.

I have checked target, as well host as well. Log messages are populating with APD message for particular lun.

H:0x5 D:0x0 (sense code)

Note: I have done rescan from command line as well VC (no success). We cannot reboot the system as well..

Hoping some workaround....
