error 29102 while install vcenter on server 2012

hi

i have virtual machine in that scenario

1)dc 2012 with dns and dhcp

2)esxi server stand alone

3)member server 2012

i'm trying to install Vcenter on the member server=3

and get the error 29102 it's fresh and new install of vcenter 5.5

what to do to fix these?
