I am having a user with an issue where they are able to connect to vcenter and the VM console in the legacy vsphere client, but when connecting to the remote console via the web client the web client pops up a null message. We are at vcenter 5.5 update 1 build 16223101. Not sure where to even look on this one. if you press the ok button the remote console just spins until a timeout occurs.
