Right, which ever NTP server you need to use you paste it under NTP Server area e.g "0.europe.pool.ntp.org"

Okay, for some reason my Performance tab does not show any graph. The time range still shows 8:33:48AM to 9:34:04AM and it's already 2:30PM CST.
